Kevin M. Bresnahan, JD

Kevin Bresnahan has been advancing the interests of insureds for more than 25 years, first as a defense trial attorney and more recently as an insurance claims executive.
 
After graduating from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1992, Mr. Bresnahan tried cases for Aetna and Travelers in-house firms and was a partner in the insurance defense firm of Russo, LaRose & Bresnahan. He was responsible for all aspects of insurance defense litigation including trials, appeals, and coverage analysis.
 
He continued his career as Manager of the National Accounts Claim Unit at Discover Re, an alternative risk provider, before joining the company as Claims Director in 2013. Mr. Bresnahan’s extensive litigation and claims management experience make him a valuable leader of the company's dedicated team of claim professionals.
