Integris Risk Retention Group and Integris Group Incorporated 2026 Proxy Information
Your vote may be cast in person at the virtual Annual Meeting or by a duly appointed proxy, in accordance with the instructions which accompany these sections below. In order to be voted, proxies must be received at least three (3) days prior to the Annual Meeting (as may be recessed or adjourned).

VOTE BY MAIL
You may mark, sign and date your proxy card and return it in the postage-paid envelope we have provided or return it to Vote Processing, Integris Risk Retention Group, Inc., 80 Glastonbury Boulevard, Glastonbury, CT 06033 so it is received by the close of business on June 2, 2026.
VOTE IN PERSON
You may vote in person at the virtual Meeting. Submitting a proxy will not prevent an Eligible Member from attending the Meeting virtually and voting in person. If you attend the Meeting and cast your vote in person, any proxy you previously submitted will not be counted.

You may use the Internet to transmit your voting instructions up until 11:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time on June 3, 2026. You will need your 16 digit control number to vote, which can be found on your proxy card. Have your proxy card in hand when you access the website and follow the instructions to obtain your records and to create an electronic voting instruction form.
